The meeting received reports from the President, Mr Harvey Bourne, the Secretary, Mr Laurence Baehr,and the Treasurer, Mr Manny Kleyman. The reports were approved and adopted by the meeting.

Nominations for election to the Board were as follows:

President: Mr Harvey Bourne. Elected.
Vice President: Mrs Helena Winestone. Elected.
Secretary: Mr Laurence Baehr. Elected.
Treasurer: Mr Manny Kleyman. Elected.

The following persons were also elected to serve on the Board of Management:

Mrs Andrea Katz, Mr Havelock Nydus, Mr Pierre Cohen, Mr David Soussan, Mr Joe Doromi.
Mr Brian Imber having been elected in 2007 for a term of three years continues to serve as a board member.

Auditors: Mr Gerald Rose and Mr Raymond Lazuras, were elected to serve as auditors for the coming year.

Under Any Other Business, various items were discussed, including the pending changes to the Constitution, the use of the Social Center, and possible future donations by the Comunidad to worthy charities.
